| Q | How will I confirm my booking ? | A | You will be sent a confirmation e - mail with a unique booking reference number on it. |
| Q | Is Vat included in the quotation ? | A | All the prices quoted to you are exclusive of Vat. |
| Q | Are there any hidden charges ? | A | No. Parking is extra but charged at cost. (Heathrow about £3.90) |
| Q | Where will my Chauffeur meet me at the Airport ? | A | Your Chauffeur will hold up a nameboard with your name on it at the exit to the arrivals hall. |
| Q | What happens if I can't find my Chauffeur ? | A | When you make your booking you will be given an emergency contact number which is manned 24 hours a day. |
| Q | Do you have a non smoking policy ? | A | Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. |
| Q | Will the congestion charge be added to my bill ? | A | No - as we are a Public Carriage Office registered company we are exempt from the charge. |
| Q | If I have my own itineary can I use your services ? | A | Of course, we are more than happy to help. |
| Q | When do you charge my credit card ? | A | We charge the credit card 48 hours before the the start of the tour. |
